Women are like a pilot of their house and society. To get the right kind of direction, it’s important to keep the balance of physical and mental health. So it’s only possible to achieve the same with self love.
If somebody is ignoring self care, they don’t love anyone. If you are not balanced you can’t handle the home or society as well. Self care and self love is key to any good family life. If pilot is in good health, then only they can take care of other members well.
I myself have suffered depression and anxiety, I have cured myself with self observation and self motivation. In this situation I have felt giving some quality time to myself is very important. I have chosen to do what I love doing. Exercise, fitness, yoga, music, prayer and meditation has helped me a lot as it produces happy hormone. Also I have made association with like minded and positive people. Knowing the reason for my depression was very important, so I have figured it out and thought of a way out.
I am on my journey now. Wanted to share it as it might help someone someway. As per research depression and anxiety is very common nowadays. Every second person feels it at some point of life. Few go for suicide also. So knowing it and treating it is very important.
